Inventory & Pricing Manager

Job Summary

To support the Channel Revenue & Optimization team, the full-time FLEX Manager, Inventory & Pricing Execution will manage hotel configurations, room type inventory, and rate offers for a dedicated portfolio of hotels, ensuring effective communication and support for Marriott's revenue management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update hotel configurations and pricing strategies within Marriott's Revenue Management systems
• Conduct audits and resolve issues related to inventory and pricing discrepancies while collaborating with hotel partners and technical teams
• Coordinate assigned projects and manage time effectively to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in business, revenue management, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience with Marriott's transient pricing and inventory strategies
• Strong understanding of content and asset management platforms
• Experience in communicating with both business and technical stakeholders
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
