Job Summary

Leading daily inventory operations, the full-time Inventory Supervisor will ensure accuracy using SAP, supervise a team of four, and oversee shipping and receiving functions in Memphis, TN.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory operations and ensure accuracy using SAP
• Supervise a team of 4 direct reports, including an Inventory Coordinator and Forklift Operators
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions while ensuring proper documentation and compliance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse operations
• SAP experience required
• People leadership experience highly preferred
• Ability to motivate and develop hourly team members
• Willingness to start at 4:00 AM and lead by example
