Job Summary
To provide essential administrative inventory support, the part-time Inventory Support Specialist will monitor inventory discrepancies, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and train clinic staff on best practices while working remotely with occasional on-site visits.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure clinic compliance with inventory handling procedures and resolve discrepancies through collaboration with staff
- Input inventory data accurately into management systems and monitor vendor invoices for shipments
- Assist with month-end inventory reconciliation and support HQ-led initiatives and audits
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, retail operations, or healthcare/medical office setting
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (G Suite) for inventory tracking and reporting
- Experience supporting multiple locations, such as medical clinics, is a plus
