Job Summary

A company is looking for an IBP Strategy & Transformational Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with various departments to optimize end-to-end planning processes and translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps
• Design integrated data sets for decision-making and shift planning to exception-driven workflows
• Own the solution design for SAP IBP, ensuring integration with other systems and supporting operational decision cycles

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of experience, with 5-7 years of hands-on SAP IBP experience
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ECC supply chain modules
• Proven experience in designing end-to-end planning architectures and integrations
• Deep understanding of supply chain operations in fast-paced environments
• Experience leading transformation initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams
