Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations, including background checks and scene inspections
• Summarize documents and maintain accurate claim files with notes and evaluations
• Review investigation findings to determine if fraud denial is warranted

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of auto insurance claim handling experience
• Ability to work across all U.S. time zones
• Experience conducting recorded interviews and witness statements
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload while handling complex claims
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
