Investigation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investigation and Development Engineer to provide technical expertise in sustaining engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial triage activities for customer issues and manage complaints processes
• Conduct investigations of technology product issues and perform sustaining engineering activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain knowledge of orthopedics and related technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (biomedical, mechanical, electrical/electronic, computer science, or mechatronics)
• Alternative qualifications may be accepted with relevant experience in a medical device investigative environment
• Exposure to highly regulated environments and familiarity with medical devices or robotics
• Experience with technical investigations and electro-mechanical systems
• Knowledge of project management, risk management, and regulatory requirements is advantageous
