Investigation Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investigative Support Specialist/Quality Control.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit investigative reports for formatting, spelling, and grammatical issues
• Alert regional managers to any issues related to investigative quality or compliance
• Update and annotate the corporate case management system with investigative notes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to switch between tasks based on volume and organizational priorities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Proficient in PC use, including MS Office products
