Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investigation Team Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

The Investigation Help Team Specialist will have a firm understanding of Policy and Guidance across all RDG contracts
Processes confidential information for background investigations and communicates results to staff
Provides customer service to internal customers and assigns work assignments in the computer database

Required Qualifications:

Must currently be cleared on DCSA/DHS contracts
1+ years of DCSA contract experience
BS/BA or 3 to 5 years work experience
1+ years of direct customer service experience
Experience working with the PIPS and CMS systems
