Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and lead internal investigations, including interviews and evidence analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in conducting investigations, preferably in EEO and labor-related issues
• Understanding of labor and employment laws and policies
• High-quality investigative skills, including evidence collection and analysis
• Strong writing skills to present investigative findings clearly
