Investigations Specialist

Job Summary

Conducting investigations to locate individuals and businesses, the remote Investigations Specialist will utilize databases to gather information and communicate findings to co-workers and customers while working from Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses for service of process, reviewing and cross-referencing findings
• Communicate investigation findings to customers and co-workers as necessary
• Handle investigations-related phone calls and emails, while updating procedural documents and reviewing existing procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 months of related experience
• Experience in an office environment and/or customer-facing position preferred
• Ability to work remotely with a strong work ethic and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Technical proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new systems
