Job Summary
Conducting investigations to locate individuals and businesses, the remote Investigations Specialist will utilize databases to gather information and communicate findings to co-workers and customers while working from Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses for service of process, reviewing and cross-referencing findings
- Communicate investigation findings to customers and co-workers as necessary
- Handle investigations-related phone calls and emails, while updating procedural documents and reviewing existing procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 months of related experience
- Experience in an office environment and/or customer-facing position preferred
- Ability to work remotely with a strong work ethic and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
- Technical proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new systems
