Investigator Contracts Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investigator Contracts Lead I - FSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute global clinical study agreements with clinical investigator sites
• Manage the Per-Subject Cost process and oversee site contracting timelines
• Collaborate with various divisions to resolve budget and contractual issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in clinical development operations or clinical trial outsourcing, or a Juris Doctorate with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with clinical study budgets and contracting negotiation principles
• Knowledge of drafting and negotiation of Clinical Trial Agreements preferred
• Understanding of business, compliance, finance, legal, and drug development
• Experience in a highly matrix-based organization
