Investigator Support Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investigator Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results and test cancellations
• Monitor, track, and resolve accession holds while informing management of any delays
• Support sites and sponsors with project-related inquiries via phone and email

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish
• High school diploma with 2 years of customer service experience over the phone
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional manner
