Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results and test cancellations
  • Monitor and resolve accession holds while keeping supervisors informed of delays
  • Provide support and answer project-related questions for sites and sponsors via phone and email
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma with 2 years of customer service experience over the phone
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
