Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep.
Key Responsibilities
- Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results and test cancellations
- Monitor and resolve accession holds while keeping supervisors informed of delays
- Provide support and answer project-related questions for sites and sponsors via phone and email
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with 2 years of customer service experience over the phone
- Fluency in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
