Investigator Support Coordinator

Job Summary

To support investigator sites, the full-time Investigator Support Coordinator will manage communications, resolve accession holds, and ensure patient safety while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Notify investigator sites and sponsors of lab results and respond to project-related inquiries
• Monitor and resolve accession holds, escalating issues as necessary
• Document service failures and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• One year of customer service experience
• Fluency in both English and Brazilian Portuguese
