Job Summary
To support investigator sites, the full-time Investigator Support Coordinator will manage communications, resolve accession holds, and ensure patient safety while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Notify investigator sites and sponsors of lab results and respond to project-related inquiries
- Monitor and resolve accession holds, escalating issues as necessary
- Document service failures and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Required qualifications
- High school diploma
- One year of customer service experience
- Fluency in both English and Brazilian Portuguese
