Investigator Support Coordinator

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Brazilian Portuguese, the full-time Investigator Support Coordinator will support investigator sites through effective communication, manage phone interactions, resolve accession holds, and deliver results via phone or fax in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize patient safety and escalate any concerns for resolution
• Notify investigator sites and sponsors of lab results, respond to inquiries, and serve as a liaison between internal teams and external clients
• Monitor and resolve accession holds, document service failures, and track workflow metrics

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• One year of customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Brazilian Portuguese
