Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President, Investment Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day investment accounting and reporting processes across various accounting standards
• Ensure accurate processing of investment transactions and oversee reconciliations of positions and trades
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in investment accounting operations and provide technical guidance to staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• 8+ years of accounting experience with a focus on investments
• Deep knowledge of multi-basis reporting (GAAP, STAT, Bermuda SFS, EBS)
• Proven experience managing high-volume reconciliations and strong leadership in SOX/internal controls compliance
• Experience with Clearwater Analytics for investment portfolios; SAP and Palantir knowledge preferred
