Investment Analyst

Job Summary

To support the establishment of a new investment platform, the remote contract Investment Analyst will focus on sourcing high-quality startup opportunities, conducting research and analysis, and refining investment processes within the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with founders, operators, and investors to source investment opportunities
• Conduct research on emerging industries and evaluate startups to develop investment theses
• Help establish and refine investment processes and frameworks for the firm

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of venture capital experience
• Experience with institutional VC funds, accelerators, or investment platforms
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and venture investing
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
• Proven ability to build networks and manage relationships effectively
