Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investment Analyst to drive capital deployment and asset management across multiple investment vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and developing relationships with real estate and proptech companies to identify new verticals for debt capital solutions
• Leading investment diligence, writing investment memos, and underwriting credit investments
• Documenting and executing transactions, maintaining borrower relationships, and supporting investor management activities

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of investment experience
• Experience in structured credit, opportunistic credit, real estate, proptech, or asset-backed lending is preferred
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset
