Investment Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investment Analyst to evaluate, execute, and manage financial and commercial aspects of its portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and assess capital structures
• Support transaction execution and capital raising processes, including preparing investment memos and marketing materials
• Track and report on the financial performance of portfolio investments and conduct market research relevant to the energy sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, or a similar analytical role
• Hands-on experience with complex financial modeling and transaction support
• Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint abilities for presentations
• Experience in energy or infrastructure transactions is a plus
