Investment Analyst

Job Summary

Investment Analyst is a full-time position responsible for supporting investment evaluation, financial modeling, and transaction execution in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex financial models for tax equity financing of solar and storage projects
• Lead diligence efforts with internal teams and external partners to support transaction execution
• Prepare materials for internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and investment committees

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in tax equity financing, preferably in a project finance or investment environment
• Expertise in tax equity modeling and deal structuring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
• Strong quantitative skills
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment
