Investment Analyst

Job Summary

To support the execution of investment strategies, the full-time salaried Investment Analyst will work closely with the Chief Investment Officer, focusing on credit surveillance, asset liability management, and producing investment reporting and analysis, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Miami, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the performance of investment managers and communicate asset allocation strategies
• Review portfolio risk metrics and develop strategies to maximize yield while controlling risk variables
• Prepare investment reporting and insights for senior leadership, translating complex analytics into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; 2-5 years of experience in investment management or related areas
• Progress or achievement of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or MBA is a plus
• Advanced Excel/modeling capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data
• Strong knowledge of liquid credit and private markets
• Ability to conduct independent research into market trends and communicate technical concepts clearly
