Investment Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with portfolio managers and traders, the remote contractor Investment Analyst will maintain daily cash balances, perform reconciliations, and support investment operations while ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory developments.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor daily cash balances and support cash forecasting for accurate reporting
• Perform internal and external reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Collaborate with various teams to support investment operations and enhance operational workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in investment operations, asset management, or a similar environment
• Progress toward or completion of a professional designation (e.g., CFA) is preferred
• Knowledge of financial instruments such as fixed income, equities, and derivatives
• Familiarity with investment systems and tools, such as portfolio management platforms
