Investment and Lending Associate

Job Summary

Combining strong underwriting expertise with business development skills, the full-time Investment and Lending Associate will underwrite commercial real estate transactions, analyze financial data, and manage deal flow from sourcing to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial real estate transactions across various asset classes and analyze borrower financials and market data
• Source and originate new lending opportunities while managing deal flow and coordinating due diligence and closing requirements
• Present investment and lending recommendations to leadership and maintain relationships with lenders, brokers, and capital partners

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, investment analysis, or loan origination
• Strong understanding of commercial lending structures and financial analysis
• Proven ability to source and negotiate commercial deals
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience working with banks, private lenders, and institutional capital
