Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investment and Operations Analyst for their Retirement Services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate relationships between vendors and Account Managers/Executives
  • Prepare data analysis reports and custom ad-hoc reports for clients and internal staff
  • Manage projects, anticipate issues, and prevent errors and delays

Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced features
  • Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and offer solutions
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
