Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Investment Banking - Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for M&A, strategic corporate finance, and capital raising transactions
• Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses on real estate companies and properties
• Develop marketing materials and stay updated on industry trends and data

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics, etc.)
• Series 7 & 63 (to be obtained within six months of employment)
• Strong quantitative skills, including financial modeling and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and challenging environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
