Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner - Investment Banking Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new clients and deal flow from a network, focusing on founder-led companies and institutional investors
• Lead execution of buy-side, sell-side, and capital raise mandates, including valuation and negotiations
• Act as the lead strategic advisor for clients, defining exit strategies and capital structuring

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or M&A advisory
• Experience at the Managing Director, Director, or Senior VP level with a proven track record in M&A or capital placement
• Experience in verticals such as SaaS, Fintech, or Tech-enabled Services is highly valued
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships at the C-suite and board level
• Mastery of deal mechanics including valuation modeling and negotiation
