Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between senior leadership and the Finance team on investments and growth initiatives
• Engage in early-stage project support by defining scope and assessing viability of new investment ideas
• Build financial models and support M&A activities, including due diligence and deal execution

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or institutional investing
• Expertise in financial modeling, deal structuring, and transaction execution
• Experience with large-scale transactions and strong understanding of capital markets
• Proven ability to operate in fast-moving environments alongside senior executives
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
