Investment Fund Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Investment Fund Services (Remote) CST/MST Based.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and client interactions for mutual funds, CITs, ETFs, and other pooled vehicles
• Manage financial reporting, SEC filings, and assist with tax reporting and budget updates
• Conduct team performance appraisals, hiring processes, and foster team development

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the fund services industry
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Proficiency with fund accounting software and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work 10:30am to 7:30pm Eastern time zone
