Investment Management Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Investments team, the full-time Associate, Investment Management will manage tax equity models, assist in investment analyses, and contribute to transaction execution in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the building, maintenance, and auditing of financial models for tax equity transactions
• Assist in preparing investment materials for the Investment Committee, including transaction economics and risk analyses
• Analyze sponsor financials and project contracts to identify risks and value drivers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy, structured finance, or infrastructure investing
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to build and navigate complex financial models; VBA or Python skills are a plus
• Basic familiarity with tax equity structures or eagerness to develop that knowledge quickly
• Willingness to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 79, and 63 under the company's broker-dealer sponsorship
