Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Investment Management Attorney will provide legal guidance on investment management regulations, assist in drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on investment management regulations and compliance issues
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to investment management services
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs and regulatory changes
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one state
- Experience in investment management or financial services law
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations, including SEC rules
