Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Investment Management Attorney will provide legal guidance on investment management regulations, draft and review contracts, and assist clients with compliance matters.
Key responsibilities
- Providing legal advice on investment management laws and regulations
- Drafting and reviewing investment management agreements and contracts
- Assisting clients with regulatory compliance and risk management strategies
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one state
- Experience in investment management or financial services law
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
