Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investment Manager (Remote - Work from Anywhere).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct counterparty due diligence, including data gathering, financial analysis, and drafting approval memos
Assist in structuring secured lending solutions and monitor portfolio risk and exposures
Engage with counterparties and contribute to investment documentation and legal terms

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in investment banking, structured lending, or related fields
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated credit judgment and familiarity with structured finance documentation
Experience with risk analysis tools and modern modeling techniques
CFA or FRM certification, or equivalent professional path in progress
