Investment Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end closing process for private investments, the full-time Analyst, Transaction Services will coordinate documentation, funding, and system setup while working in a hybrid environment that balances in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating documentation and funding for private equity, private credit, real estate, and structured transactions
• Reviewing transaction documents to assess implications for operational and accounting setup
• Managing deal pipelines and closing timelines while ensuring smooth transaction onboarding and settlement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in investment operations, transaction support, fund accounting, or financial services
• Basic understanding of private investment structures and financial instruments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Solid Excel and data management skills
