Investment Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investment Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) through reconciliations and data validation
• Execute reconciliations between IBOR and ABOR, investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Support structured products and private investments by validating cash flows and investment data inputs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field required
• 2-4 years of relevant investment operations or investment data management experience preferred
• Experience with multiple asset classes, including fixed income and structured products preferred
• Working knowledge of investment products and operational workflows across multiple asset classes
• Experience with data tools such as Power Query, Power BI, or SQL preferred
