Investment Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Investment Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions in client accounts and approve transactions initiated by team members
• Initiate incoming and outgoing transfers and deposit stock certificates
• Perform Anti-money laundering (AML) reviews and respond to service inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1-3 years of related experience required
• FINRA Series 7 License required; Series 24 License desired or must obtain within 6 months of hire
• Experience in the securities industry including AML review desired
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office programs required
