Investment Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the derivatives operations of the investment portfolio, the full-time remote Investment Operations Analyst will manage trade lifecycle processes, including confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations, while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the derivative trade lifecycle, including trade capture, allocations, settlements, and lifecycle events
• Manage the derivative confirmations process, ensuring trades are accurately confirmed and processed within required timelines
• Perform reconciliations and resolve exceptions across internal systems, custodians, counterparties, and accounting records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of cumulative, relevant experience in investment operations
• Experience with Bloomberg or other trade order management systems
• Strong technology focus with an interest in automating repetitive tasks
• Good Excel skills and familiarity with investment accounting systems
