Investment Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Investment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for private investment funds, including trade support and reconciliations
• Process investor transactions and serve as a point of contact for fund administrators and advisors
• Assist with new fund launches and review fund documentation for compliance and operational risk controls

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in alternative investments or private fund operations
• Private fund experience with hands-on exposure to fund administration
• Degree in Business, Investment, or a related field
• Understanding of alternative investment fund processes such as capital calls and investor relations
• Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with Excel functions and tools
