Investment Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the operational infrastructure for investment strategy implementation, the full-time remote Senior Associate, Investment Operations will oversee account onboarding, facilitate trading and settlement processes, and serve as a primary operational resource for investment and wealth management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of new accounts into internal systems and manage account restrictions as recommended by advisors
• Ensure timely trade settlement by collaborating with investment teams, custodians, and brokers while addressing trading platform issues
• Conduct regular quality control checks on trading platforms and assist with monthly composite return calculations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment operations and/or trading support
• Undergraduate degree in a business-related field preferred
• Proficient in portfolio management and trading platforms such as Orion, Perform, and Moxy
• Experience with new account paperwork and processing at custodians like Fidelity, Schwab, and Pershing
• Experience with options trading and options account setup at custodians preferred
