Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investment Operations Specialist to enhance execution across various investment operations pillars.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution across tokenized treasury and equity products, including corporate actions processing
• Enhance internal dashboards and operational reporting tools while improving onboarding workflows
• Develop scalable client support workflows and assist with cross-functional operational issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment operations, fintech, or a fast-paced financial environment
• Experience operating across multiple workflows such as trade execution and client coordination
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
• Experience improving operational processes and internal tooling
• Familiarity with corporate actions and digital assets is a plus
