Investment Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Community Development Finance investment closing and servicing team, the remote Investment Operations Specialist will manage operational tasks, ensure timely deal closings, and maintain high customer service standards while building relationships with clients across several states.

Key responsibilities

• Track deal closing status and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate closing and funding for investments
• Provide high-quality customer service by addressing account inquiries, fulfilling requests, and resolving issues
• Perform operational tasks and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency within the business unit

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Closing/Servicing/Processing, Operations Support, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Real Estate Investments, Affordable Housing, or Community Reinvestment Act
• Knowledge of Community Development and familiarity with financial services related to closing and servicing
