Investment Performance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the production of high-quality performance reporting for private market investment portfolios, the full-time temporary Investment Performance Analyst will analyze fund performance, validate financial data, and calculate investment metrics while working remotely during EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and deliver internal and client-facing investment performance reports
• Review and reconcile financial information from General Partners (GPs) to ensure data accuracy
• Calculate and analyze key private market performance metrics such as IRR, TVPI, DPI, and Cash-on-Cash Returns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• 4-7+ years of experience in investment performance reporting or financial analysis
• Strong experience with alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, real estate, or infrastructure
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience using investment reporting platforms such as Investran, Carta, or Accelex
