Investment Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the production and quality assurance of investment reporting outputs, the full-time remote Investment Reporting Analyst will assist with report preparation, data validation, and the delivery of various reporting channels while developing technical proficiency in institutional investment reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the production of assigned investment reporting outputs by gathering data inputs and preparing materials for review
• Perform data input validation and reconciliation for assigned reports, escalating discrepancies prior to finalization
• Execute daily reporting controls, including data validation checks and delivery confirmation procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in investment operations, reporting, financial services, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to execute reporting and analytical tasks accurately in a deadline-driven environment
• Applied knowledge of institutional investment reporting concepts and governance standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting platforms such as Workiva or Aladdin is a plus
