Investment Research Senior Associate

Job Summary

Collaborating within the Investment Research team, the full-time salaried Investment Research Senior Associate will conduct manager and investment due diligence, assess investment strategies for high-net-worth clients, and engage in client and prospect meetings to convey the firm's investment philosophy.

Key responsibilities:

• Source, diligence, and implement investment strategies while serving as the main point-of-contact for specific strategies
• Participate in client meetings to explain investment approaches and provide market analysis
• Conduct ongoing due diligence on investment manager portfolios and perform ad-hoc research projects as needed

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in investment or asset management
• Strong knowledge of investment management concepts, particularly asset allocation and portfolio construction
• Intellectual curiosity with strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and other relevant data systems
• High ethical standards and proven teamwork experience, including mentoring others
