Investment Sales Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Investment Sales Assistant (Remote - WA, OR, ID, CA).

Key Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors with sales and administrative activities
• Manage compliance with regulatory standards and execute trades as necessary
• Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program for clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma required; equivalent experience may be considered
• 4 or more years of administrative experience in investment or financial services
• Series 7 and Series 63 preferred
• Insurance license preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to investment services
