Job Summary

Seeking well-connected Investment Sourcing Consultants for a remote contract position, who will manage the sourcing and evaluation of potential real estate developer partners in Mexico and Latin America to align with investment strategies focused on land and housing development.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and secure relationships with experienced real estate developers across Mexico and Latin America
• Screen prospective developers to ensure they meet investment criteria and align with the investment strategy
• Introduce qualified developers to the New Story Capital team after initial vetting

Required Qualifications

• Extensive local real estate market expertise in Mexico or Latin America
• Strong network of real estate developers and operators
• Experience in evaluating real estate projects and developer capabilities
• Understanding of impact-driven development focused on low-income families
• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
