Investor Accountant

Job Summary

Reconciling GSE Custodial accounts, the remote Investor Accountant will manage general ledger reconciliations, resolve GSE exceptions, and ensure compliance with investor reporting and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile GSE Custodial P&I and T&I accounts and prepare general ledger and bank account reconciliations
• Research and resolve GSE exceptions, including hard and soft reject findings
• Facilitate audit requests by gathering and providing necessary documentation for internal and external audits

Required qualifications

• At least three (3) years of experience in investor accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills for a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups)
