Investor Accounting Business Analyst

Job Summary

Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of custodial reconciliation processes, the full-time remote Investor Accounting Custodial Business Analyst will manage automation, data governance, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance systems and resolve production issues.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the custodial reconciliation automation process, ensuring data accuracy and resolving errors with urgency
• Propose and implement automation enhancements to adapt to changing business processes and requirements
• Coordinate audit requests and conduct quality control reviews to ensure compliance with reconciliation guidelines

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in Investor Accounting
• Experience with mortgage servicing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
