Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investor Purchasing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize internal reporting to monitor pending loan purchases by investors
Communicate with customers to obtain necessary documentation for loan sales
Research and investigate to prevent unsaleable loans and repurchases

Required Qualifications:

5-10 years of Underwriting experience
3+ years of experience with FNMA (DU) and FHLMC (LP)
2+ years of experience with Bond loans preferred
BYTE experience preferred
Compliance or Quality Control experience preferred
