Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investor Purchasing Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor outstanding loans pending purchase and investor website statuses
Communicate with customers to obtain necessary documentation for loan sales
Research and investigate issues to prevent unsaleable loans and repurchases

Required Qualifications and Education

5-10 years of Underwriting experience
3+ years of experience with FNMA (DU) and FHLMC (LP)
2+ years of experience with Bond loans preferred
BYTE experience preferred
Compliance or Quality Control experience preferred
